Accessing application data in Win8 VirtualStore using DOS copy command

I need to create a copy of a file. A search seems to indicate is to be found in:

C:UsersAdminAppDataLocalVirtualStoreProgram Files (x86)PalmPennJmemopadmemopad.dat

From a post I found on the subject, I tried to input the following command prompt:

copy C:Progra~1PalmPennJmemopadmemopad.dat Z:MyDocsZaF2

but I got the error: &quotThe system cannot find the file specified&quot. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
