BSOD DPC Watchman Violation, constant rebooting

So Windows 8 was great, then installed AVG Antivirus and now it keeps restarting and i can't get it to stop, keeps

BSOD with DPC Watchdog Violation. Anyone know how to fix, I get about 30sec-2min before it BSOD?
