Windows 8 Tiles are static and not live updating

Hello,

on my windows 8-machine the Tiles are not updating.

There are NO Pictures displayed, the weather isn`t displayed, no News, no new Email. etc

I have to Click on the Tile to see some information.

This problems occurs on ALL tiles.

 

How can i fix this?
