Tile locations

Hello,

does anyone know what this location is for?

C:UsersDefaultAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart

Menu

i found the

 

C:UsersDanAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart Menu

and

 

C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuPrograms

 

Where i guess these are the tile locations for single user and all users.

I am trying to make a clean start menu so all users will only have acces to network shares and word/excel/outlook seems a lot of work.
