Can I have the Metro Apps and Placement sync between PC's?

With Windows 8, and the Microsoft &quotLive&quot accounts, I see that there are certain things that get synchronize between computers like, the Desktop, Theme, etc. I would be great if the &quotMetro&quot desktop

could be synced as well. Is this possible?
