Administrators AWS Posted February 28, 2013 Administrators Posted February 28, 2013 Inplace upgrade from Win7 Pro to Win8 Pro. This is an always running home computer. When I click lockscreen, there is no logon screen. It is just blank screen (with the chosen background color). I can still remote desktop logon from another computer. And, after I have remote logged on, then the local logon screen appears. So, every day or other day, I have to remote desktop logon so I can use it locally.
