I use websites which allow me to render my architectural drawings. These websites yesterday were refusing to work with them not working whenever i tried to add my drawings to edit them. The laptop freezes and syas not responding and says i must close the app. I tried restarting but i still get the same thing. My PC won't turn on after touching the power cable on my PC. I have seen that all the PSU plugs are plugged in with the motherboard. And the power adapter is well-connected to the power source. Everytime i turn on this gateway laptop i keep getting a message saying "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installion cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to retart the computer, and then restart the installion. " I've clicked ok several time and it just repeats this whole inssue, infact any button cause it to repeat. I tried the BIOS or Aptio Setup Utility but there is no option for factory reset. I tried hold the power button for 10 sec at the logo for the 3 times to access the recovery mode but nothing. Somehow very important photos (of my departed mother) have been deleted from my mobile's gallery. I had deleted them from google photos to empty space, but did not expect this. The power went out, and my computer hasn’t been able to connect to the internet since. The WiFi icon in the bottom right either doesn’t pop up, or it’s grayed out and unable to toggled. I upgraded from an S22 to an S25 ultra. Phone link used to work on my new phone, but was simply not able to use cross device copy paste like I used to be able to on my old phone.
