This has been going on for months now and I don't know which updates deployed from Microsoft broke the function. I have been using Game Pass for PC for years but now I cannot play a single game because of this error related to Gaming Services. Any game launched from Game Pass will stuck at cloud sync error or the game will just stuck at the splash screen. I love my old MS Sculpt ergo keyboard. But the letter "g" is misbehaving: it goes from working normally to only working by pressing hard, then pressing many times and then, finally, not working at all! When that happens I take the top and bottom of the keyboard apart, slide a microfibre-wrapped credit card both beneath and between the two metal sheets immediately underneath where the "g" key sits, vacuum the area and then put everything back together again.
