I have an old monitor (max. 1280x1024 @75Hz) with VGA and DVI ports on it and used it with an HDMI - DVI cable for a while. Now, after the 24H2 update the monitor says, "input signal out of range" when it is connected to the HDMI port on my laptop. In display settings I can change anything it still won't work. The desktop signal changes but the active signal will not and remains in a resolution the monitor can't work on.
