When I lock my laptop (Win + L) and step away, the screen goes blank. When I return, the login screen does not appear, and I cannot enter my password. I can see the backlight, but there’s no response to keyboard or mouse inputs.Has anyone faced a similar issue? My computer has rebooted three times tonight. While I was typing. To install updates. At no time was I informed the computer was going to shut down, reboot, install updates. Obviously, that is unacceptable. I lost a lot of work. It just started to reboot with no warning. That is insane. How Do I complain to Microsoft? This is important. I have Windows 11 and am trying to install Notepad which I had to uninstall last year. I can download the Notepad installer exe file from MS Windows website, however, when after it checks system requirements, it takes me back to the same Windows Notepad download page again in order to download the very same installer file! The automatic repair fails every boot and I’ve tried essentially every generic fix to this issue:1. Hey there! I recently built a new pc but it keeps BSODing ever 5 minutes to about an hour. Event viewer says its Kernel-Power event 41 (63). I have tried changing my RAM, and running Windows memory diagnostic. I have ran every single command in the command prompt that is supposed to fix my m.2 ssd for corrupt files.
