Hey, today I come with an issue that's been plaguing my PC since upgrading to Windows 11. I have a dual GPU setup where in the first PCIe slot I have a RTX 3070 Ti, and in the second PCIe slot I have a RTX 3060. Hi everyone, I recently transferred more than 2,000 photos from my iPhone to my Windows 11 computer, and found that they were all in HEIC format. Because I need to convert these photos to JPG format so that they can be used and shared on other devices, but converting them one by one manually is too time-consuming. So I have have been having an issue with all my windows installs after setting them up for the first time after frresh install when it reboots it gets stuck in a loop. This has happend with Windows 11 2242 Windows 10 2242 Tiny 11 Windows X optimum and its happend all on 4 separate computers all within the past 2 weeks i spend hours setting it up and then i cant get it to reboot no matter what i do.
