Hello!I've been trying to reinstall Windows for few months using the built in feature, but it doesn't seem to work since 24H2. I decided to upgrade my ram but I got a big problem now. I got a pre built pc (Asus ROG strix g10ce) and I was advised by my friend to change the ram bc it was only 16gb. So I did change it to 2x16gb ddr4 3200mhz. Everything was fine for couple of hours then it started crashing. Both monitors go black screen, sound plays for a second and then glitches and I have to turn it off manually. Any ideas? Is it bc of the pre built? In the following path: C:\Users\AppData\Local\Telemetry\ACMirage, I found several files with the telemetry format, and their total size was about 30 GB. I deleted them, but they reappeared with different sizes. I researched the matter and found that it is a feature called remote diagnostics. I've had this problem on two laptops. Both are fairly new. The oldest is a Lenovo E14 and it was purchased new from Lenovo maybe 3 years or so ago. The newest one is a Dell Inspiron 16 5640 which I purchased a few weeks ago. What happens is I connect a Bluetooth mouse and it works for a short time. It could work for a few months, a few weeks, a few days, or even a few minutes, and then it stops working. I have to Remove the device and add it again. It works and then it stops again. My MSI Thin laptop occasionally boots to the BIOS after start up. It happened today but the last time it happened was months ago but it has occurred since I bought it.
