You need to send in the "Request to Pay Mortgage and Electric Bill"

Government Form #G800-43-A-7665555. Fill it out in triplicate, make sure to

remove the carbon paper before sending it in.



No need to currently pay mortgage or any other utilities. Within 18-32

weeks, when approved, all payments will be made, retroactively.

That's not a bad turn-around time at all. It'll take that long for the USPS

to deliver the forms, unless they're returned for insufficient postage because

of the three rate increases while en route.
