Lovely isn't it! Now to see if I can find one in your neck of the woods
so you can get some practice in. :)

Oh, I'm sure you can Mike, I'm sure you can <g>

And talking of Sat.Views, if I can get the co-ordinates correct, try the
following on Google Earth and see what you can make of it.

53 22' 49.61N 2 53' 51.44W and zoom in.

It looks like its been updated recently as last time I looked, the trees
were less dense. I used to live in the area very many years ago and just
spotted this recently on GE completely by chance. Maybe ET doesn't need to
phone home anymore.

Good grief I think I'll stay where I am as well, I've just been following
this thread and looked at those links and it's given me the colly wobbles
and I know that John would get lost trying to go round there.
I'm with Heather in regards men and directions it wouldn't be a journey
with John if he didn't get lost on it at some point <g>

<lol> Email on it's way to you <g>

I know one thing we've complained about not having a summer this year but
I don't think I would like to have to put up with the heat you're getting
and I know John wouldn't cope very well with it, but he'd love your
winters <g>

I can sympathise with the getting lost thing, you can even tell John the
way to go and he'll still go the wrong way <g>

Not really sure what I should be looking for/seeing. I've never got round
to installing Google Earth so am using Google Maps and MS Local Live and
finding the map co-ordinates using MapPoint which includes Lat & Long
unlike (I think) Google Maps & Local Live. I'm probably in totally the
wrong spot but am south of Northwich, just a little to the west of the
Weaver and a little below the lock. Whitegate's to my west and I'm around
the end of Vale Royal Drive having passed the golf course. Is it odd crop
markings perhaps?

I really must get around to installing GE!

Indeed George, but I'd have been a bit more intrigued to see a "Hi Mum"
there too.

And what brought on this stupid argument for carrying guns?? The ones
that are used to commit crimes up here are smuggled in from the US.
Keep your damn guns to yourself. This is not the Wild West!!

As for sanctions on my being able to speak freely......explain yourself.
If I choose to call you or the Prime Minister an IDIOT, no one is able
to stop me.

Now go away and stop making up stupid excuses for guns and/or lies about
our country. Yours is not doing so hot for the past 4 years or so.

Subject closed on my part because I think it is time to killfile you.
It is Americans like yourself that give your country a bad name!! And
Eric.....and he has been killfiled for months. Peaceful now, except for
you, so.......bye bye.......

PLONK!!

Eric

While they're supposedly smuggling all the guns in Canada in from the US,
they're smuggling far more dangerous things into the US by way of Canada.
If you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns.
You can't stop violent crime by banning guns. You only take away the
ability of law abiding citizens to protect themselves from violent
criminals.
It surely must be peaceful to live in ignorance and simply close your ears
to anyone who says something you don't like. No wonder you think it's so
wonderful living in Canada where the government takes most of your income
and tells you it's in your best interest.

Not sure if this is the case but sometimes if you don't pay attention
and you tell it your interests and hobbies don't uncheck the spam the
crap out of me button that will happen. That seems to be what I
remember about a few email services.
