Hi there,I use phone link on an existing Windows 10 laptop. I have bought a new Windows 11 laptop and I cannot get phone link working.I open phone link, choose Android and it finds my existing phone connected to my micrrosoft account and then I click the 'Select' button next to the phone and instantly says cannot connect. It then gives me 'Try another way' and every way I try doesnt work. I tried to update my realtek audio driver. The update failed and since then, my lenovo ideapad does not detect the audio device. I tried reinstalling the driver. It would finish successfully, but there is still no sound. The realtek audio device is not detected in the device manager. I tried troubleshooting, but doing so would hit a wall when the troubleshooter would ask to connect the audio device. It's a laptop! Using Bluetooth headphones work fine, and the laptop mic is okay. My logs are showing lots of requests like the following from at least a dozen IP addresses starting with 52.169. which all seem to be MS ones. I went to Microsoft Store and found that I wasn't signed in when it kept asking me to pay apps that I already have downloaded. So that's what I did, or should I say tried to do. Hello,I evaluate very often a lot of video .mp4 files most of the time. They are all in a different folder.So start the video file and if it is not good i close the mediaplayer and select the folder and press SHIFT-DEL to delete the complete folder.Since a few weeks i have a issue that when i close mediaplayer when it is playing a .mp4 file and want to delete the folder where the .MP4 file is located there is a meesage that it is not possible because 'the file is open in shell infrastructure host' and they advice to close the file and try again.When i click try again the message comes back buView the full article
