Recently my laptop updated to Win 11 H2 update. later it installed and pc restarted from that the problem start. I am not getting any safeboot option tried alot to resolve this. sfc scan also did with new bootable usb drive. nothing changes. can anyone have answer. As said in the question, my laptop is not recognizing any pen and touch input. The HID compliant touchscreen driver is also not there. This first started yesterday morning and I followed other posts to try and fix it which all didn't work. I restarted my laptop, I also uninstalled the driver and restarted the laptop, I've updated my laptop, I've rolled back an update and reupdated, I also did a factory reset but it was the local reinstall. In early January I updated my GPU from a RTX 3060 to an RX6800. Since then, I have noticed on certain games (such as throne and liberty, infinity nikki, and perhaps some more I don't remember right now) my PC will black screen and basically restart in a loop. So the black screen will persist, but the PC will act like it's restarting continuously. I've looked at my temps which seem fine. I've updated graphic drivers.. Not sure what else I can do. I am going mad. Every time I use the arrows on my laptop to move my cursor around, it moves the cursor 2 spaces at a time. If I hit the left arrow to take the cursor back one space like it normally would, it doesn't happen; the cursor moves back 2 spaces instead. My PC keeps freezing within the first three minutes of me turning it on and idk why. I shut off my pc and turn it back on and it usually runs smooth from there. There is no freezing after being on it for a while. Sometimes when it freezes and I turn it back on some of my apps are shown as white pages and I need to redownload them. BIOS v38 on SER7 AMD was recognizing a clean win11x64 pro install, now no longer recognizes the nvme. Same exact pattern has occurred x2 on identical NVMEs. BIOS, win11 install partition selector, and diskpart all do not recognize the NVMEs anymore (4TB nvme 2280 ssd). Swapping NVME locations from the internal nvme connector to the external connector does nothing. The BIOS setting are unchanged. No new firmware was installed between both NVME SSD failures.
