So the problem started when I couldn't play wolfenstein 2 (repack) where it showed a error as it couldn't create Xaudio2 engine. So I searched online found a fix that worked for a fellow where he deleted the xaudio2 files from system 32 and 64 folders and then running directx from the game folder and after doing that I restarted the laptop and after signing in the screen goes blank( blank only after signing in). So again tried online solution and nothing worked . The lap doesn't even reset from winRe and shows error when trying to reset. I have an ASUS laptop with Windows 11 installed. I am trying to extend onto 3 different screens (laptop and 2 monitors). I have a USBC to dual HDMI adapter which says that it is capable of doing this and extending onto 3 screens. However, i cannot seem to make it work. Each time i plug the 2 HP screens into the adapter they are blank and the only one that works is the laptop screen itself. Is there a setting i need to change on the laptop or the monitors? Since I installed Windows 11 after 10 version on my 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model, I have been experiencing blue screens with the message 'Video Memory Management Internal' and Kernel Power source issue on event viewer, even when the computer is doing nothing. I have also noticed that, compared to before, the fans are running loudly even when the computer is not performing any major tasks. I got this pc built just under a year ago and about three months ago it has started occasionally blue screening on me while I am using it, and very recently it even on occasion just goes black and restarts itself for whatever reason. I do not overclock or do anything fancy on anything in my pc and all I do really is play video games, stream, and watch YouTube. It keeps getting notification that it couldn't capture the windows because it had been closed. In the previous version (23H2), I didn't get that kind of error. I can still stream, but the notification keeps popping on and off. Hi1. my asus pc cant read any usb devic e though the usb ports can read any other plugged in device loke wired mouse ,portable external hard disk .2. please see screenshots below which show (a) first photo where the status of the usb device in device manager when usb device plugged in. I want to configure the "Lock screen status" from "Weather and more" to "None" by code (C #, PowerShell, etc.).I tried to find the policy or registry key that controls it, but nothing changed the status.In the beginning, I thought that I needed to restart the explorer.exe, but it still remains Weather and more.In the end, I wrote a script that does it automatically via the GUI. I have for years on different pc's running Windows 7, 10 and 11 used this concept:I have a folder D:\Tmp (or whatever). I can read and write like other folders. I map it as a drive with a drive letter (X in this example). I can now use X:\Tmp to read, write (and share in remote desktop sessions).On a PC I received BSOD and had to rebuild disk with Lenovo image. I am up and running except for X:\Tmp. D:\Tmp is working as always and the mapped version X:\Tmp looks good.In D:\Tmp I create Testfile.txt. In X:\Tmp I can see and open the file - but I can't save edits or create new files. Hello, I wrote on a previous post with this issue, but in typical Microsoft fashion, I've had no response. My issue: I have, out of no choice of my own yet again, had to install the latest update on my HP Notebook. I left the install go through and do its thing. However, when I went to use the devices, I get a blank screen and I am unable to see anything to complete a reboot or go to any kind of a screen.
