Hoping techs can resolve this dilemma . Reset pc , as I was rebuilding programs , a dialogue box keeps coming up . The following dialogue comes up in box : Runtime Broker EXE. Application errorThe instruction at 0X00007FF9DCOO3 referenced memory at 0X0000000000010 , Click on OK to terminate the program .Each time I click OK to terminate program , it pops back up minutes later . To whom this may concern,I recently did a BIOS update on my PC. I have 3 digital licenses associated with my Microsoft Account: One for a Laptop and Two for two PCs that I own. We have been facing a recurring issue since 24H2 on new installations (both from the manufacturer and via clean install USB). My lenovo yoga laptop is running windows 11 pro (Version 24H2). I am having no problem with the mouse pointer (touchpad or usb mouse) when the laptop is running on battery power with a 1 or 2 monitor setup. However, when I plug in the charging cable to the usb-c charging port, the mouse pointer (touchpad or usb mouse) disappears and/or jumps from monitor 2 to monitor 1. Newly built system is crashing at "random", I say random but its more frequent when gaming but at the same time its not a consistent thing that I've been able to replicate. I've tried stress testing with AIDA64, done MEMTest and nothing was found on either one. It seems to happen when playing games like Battlefield 2042 or Rust. I have a small yellow text block on by screen with the words "Restore Up" in it. It overlays everything and i cannot remove it unless i close visual studio, it does not appear unless i have used visual studio, so I'm guessing they're connected. I have just updated on to Windows 11 and I got the ene.sys driver issue that from my googling is quite common for windows 11. While trying to troubleshoot this I ran into a problem trying to open settings. I got an application error from the settings app saying “The instruction at 0x00007FF89957C003 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010. The memory could not be read.” This also happens whenever I try to open the windows photos app. There isn’t a good answer to this online, at least to my knowledge. Any help would be very appreciated. For the last year I've been non stop going back and fourth from Windows 10 and Windows 11 for one specific reason. I recently purchased a refurbished computer running Windows 11. Everything seemed fine except for there is a problem with the sound. It drops out intermittently. Hello, I need some assistance. I booted up my computer a few weeks ago and the Activate Windows watermark suddenly appeared as if I don't own a registry key. I purchased a Windows 11 Home product key on Amazon directly from the Microsoft store in March of 2024. This PC is a custom-built CD so I had entered the key manually. I was using the same image on the lock screen and desktop. The desktop image has disappeared. I personalized the lock screen. I chose a photo. I then turned on (and off, and on) show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen. I also right-clicked on the desktop, selected personalize, changed the background color, and checked that the image I wanted was still on the Lock Screen by selecting Lock Screen under personalize.
