I am locked out because of an update, my pin doesn't work. Every attempt to use the MS online help has failed. Case in point, I came here and logged in. I use the same copied info to log in to MS help and it says my password is incorrect. Questions it asked to identify me is old I no longer have the credit cards I used to purchase years ago. I really need help with this because everything I do doesn't work. Ever since i got my laptop a month ago, i noticed that everytime i just wanted to chill and play music it just lags out and i noticed other people had this issue too and it still hasnt been resolved. TLDR I've recently purchased a new PC that works fine with no issues what so ever. It runs great. Hello, I really need some help with troubleshooting my laptop. It keeps getting the blue screen, however it never actually loads and restarts. It usually have a different stop code (I even had some that said “CRITICAL_XXX something like that), however the most current one that keeps on appearing was “UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION”.
