Hello, I've reinstalled my windows 2 times in the last 2 days. I've went to the microsoft site and download and installed the mediatool that created a new bootable usb stick and started to install windows. First time I've reinstalled it and everything was fine except the fact that I couldn't install 24h2 version and medial feature pack. All the results were leading me to reinstall the windows, keeping my files. I've decided to do a clean reinstall as the first time was not done properly. I'm trying to sell my old laptop and did a reset to delete all files/aps and reinstall Windows 11, however it then got stuck in a loop going back to the "Why did my PC restart" blue screen repeatedly. I checked some previous questions on this issue but their solution didn't work: I tried installing Windows 11 from a USB instead, and went into the Bios boot recovery menu and told it to use the USB, but after a bunch more stuff (a little different than the first time), it once again got stuck going through the "Why did my PC restart?" page loop. It is a known issue in the tech community that Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2 cause a host of issues, ranging from broken start menu and broken volume control, to file downloads occurring in the background and all kinds of crazy stuff. Enterprises who are trying to keep on schedule upgrading their users are running into these issues, causing lots of extra tickets. When working with Office applications in Windows 11, when I try to change the language using alt+Shift, the Office program menus open (I have to press alt first, otherwise nothing happens, even if I press them together sometimes it works and sometimes the Office menus open) and when I use the win+space shortcut, sometimes it works correctly and sometimes the start menu opens and the phrase " " is searched.
