My computer broke down recently and I had to send it to be repaired, this took a long time. Now I've gotten it back, I went through the bitlocker decryption process where it worked just fine, but now I am on my login screen and it is asking for a PIN that I no longer remember.The "forgot pin" fails every time because the computer isn't connected to the internet, but it shows no option to connect it. Hi everyoneMy desktop PC occasionally does not turn on after going to sleep. I would try to turn the PC on by hitting the keyboard and mouse; during the times where the PC doesn't turn on, the mouse would light up, but the keyboard would not, and as such the screen would not turn on either. I am using Windows 11. I had a message saying by Firewall needed to be turned on but there was no option to do this, just a suggestion to use recommended settings. Clicking on this resulted in the 0x800706d error message. I found the code had something to do with Microsoft store but the app is missing.
