Hello I was alerted to a severe threat from windows for a bad download that had a trojan. Windows says the threat is 'Removed' and it does not reappear after any scan, (full, Quick, Custom, Or Full Offline). Yet i can still see the zip file and cant remove it by any means (Command Prompt, PowerShell, File Shredder). Only option is 'Allow' from windows security and any attempt to remove with various means fails. I checked literally every setting and property on device manager, did internet optimizations and checked motherboard and it is compatible. WHAT do i do? I have a b760m-a ax6 motherboard and also i use internet not ethernet because i just cant. I get 10 mb per second on average and when every other device comes into my room, it has over 200mbps. My pc is the only one with slow internet in the house. For some reason Windows keeps installing the spanish layout, I only have English(United States) set as my language, but sometimes windows sets me with spanish, a wired thing is that it doesn't show on Installed Keyboards so to fix it temporarily I have to add Spanish and then remove it.
