I'm sorting and organizing photos, many of them by the date they were taken. The majority don't have dates in the name. I thought I'd be smart and right click to look at the Properties for the date created but the created date is showing the date I transferred the pics to the computer I'm using right now. I'm hoping to create a custom keyboard layout. I read on this very website as well as others to download the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator. But I'm on Windows 11, and it doesn't seem to work. I've been getting Blue screen crashes a few times a week for the last month and it shows video_scheduler_internal_error before restarting. Sometimes I'm just using the browser, sometimes it's while I'm playing a game, this most recent one was while I was using a 3d modeling program.
