Hello, for a while I have been experiencing issues with my CPU speed dropping drastically and slowing everything down even when usuing Dell's original charger. I have a i7-1165G7 @ 2.80ghz speed and its base speed is 1.69ghz. Whenever I open, close or do something on an app, my CPU drops from over 2.0+ghz to well under 1.0ghz. The same also happens when I try watching a video, my speed would drop to 0.5ghz which makes the video start buffering or really laggy to watch. My computer is working just fine right now, but I was informed by WU that 24H2 is ready to install. Obviously I don't want this, I like having a machine that doesn't throw BSOD's all the time or get in an infinite install loop or be completely bricked. I've done the maximum 5-week delay and that ends in 2 weeks. I'd like to delay it indefinitely. Hi! I have been trying to install the 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021) update, but without success. I have a Dell laptop. So I just got a new SSD drive that is considerably larger than the one I have that has Win 11 on it (upgraded from a Win 10). I want to install Win 11 on the new SSD because the old one is running out of room and it has nothing BUT Win 11 on it, and other system files. I recently purchased a new desktop system with Windows 11 for my office. I have a few more systems in the office out of which one system has all the major files and it is accessed by other desktops over a common network. My new Desktop is not able to access the Main Computer (Which has all the files) when I type the IP Address (\\192. etc) and it asks for credentials (which I never made/know). I have earbuds that have a difference in the audio volume between the left and right, I want to change the audio balance to reflect the need for more volume in one ear, but the audio balance setting only lets me make them even. My earbuds play Left 65% and Right 50% on my phone due to the discrepancy of audio on one side but I am not able to do this on my laptop.
