Hello, At some point in the last few month I started encountering an error on my two Win 11 VMs running under VirtualBox (fully updated). I deactivated Windows 10 on my old PC, then, using a USB key that already had Windows 10 on it, installed it on my new computer. I activated it using the same license but unfortunately that version of Windows 10 was too old and even when updated I found out it installed with the wrong BIOS mode (legacy), blocking me from upgrading to Windows 11 . Using my old PC, I wiped the USB key and downloaded the latest version of Windows 10 to then reinstall it on the new PC, which was then able to upgrade to Windows 11. Last week my Lenovo did a Windows update and it triggered the bitlocker... Had some it friends look at it and the hard drive was toast... We replaced the hard drive and reloaded windows...
