I've been having this issue with Windows Spotlight for about a week or so. I have two Windows 11 Pro PC's. About a week ago, Extreme lines started to appear on the computer. When I started researching on the forums, I updated my video card options and then the bios was displayed, but the bios can be saved and there are no lines. When starting the computer and especially on black backgrounds, a lot of excessive lines (like noise) occur. The problem is solved when the screen drops from 120hz to 60a. I have a retail key for pro of an earlier windows. Earlier, I've successfully installed it on a new machine and upgraded it to win11. However, I noticed that it installed as home instead of pro. I've since successfully installed win11 pro but I'm unable to activate it. When checking the device list, I see this device in my device list as win11 home. However, I'm unable to remove that device either from my pc or from my ms account online. My laptop has been stuck in laptop for a while, this is the second time this has happened in the past 2 months. The first time it fixed out of nowhere where and has been fine, until like a week ago.
