For a very long time I am trying to update my laptop to Windows 11 23H2 version and update does always stop at ~60% and when I go to the Windows Update Centre to check there is some error happened during install and as for right now the code of it is (0x80246007). Whenever I click on the Start menu, I get a "Critical Error" message. This issue started after a recent Windows update, which I believe is the cause. I am signed in with an Azure account, and I've tried all the solutions I found online, including attempting to repair or reinstall the Start menu, uninstalled the updates, there is no recovery option to go back.However, it seems the commands provided only work for local accounts and not Azure accounts. So I made a mistake. I downloaded a game from ocean of games and deleted it on that same day because i got scared and turned of my pc and now it just infinitely restarts. For the last two weeks or so I've been having an issue with slowness in accessing files thru browsers. It doesn't make any difference what browser I'm using Firefox, Edge, Chrome.
