So I made a mistake. I downloaded a game from ocean of games and deleted it on that same day because i got scared and turned of my pc and now it just infinitely restarts. And all the solutions I found involve getting in to desktop (which I can't do) or getting into bios where I think my pc starts to fast because I spamm f2 but nothing happens and after 1 second the on screen indicator for which button to press disappears. For the last two weeks or so I've been having an issue with slowness in accessing files thru browsers. It doesn't make any difference what browser I'm using Firefox, Edge, Chrome. They can get stalled trying to download something.. I keep the caches really clean and have disabled all unnecessary extensions. I'm running a Dell XPS 8950 with 512 SSD and 16gb RAM and an I7 board. My internet speed is 85. I'm a single user with the computer connected by ethernet cable and I have no other devices on the network..
