I'm getting random black screen and driver crashes last few days. For the last 4 days, my graphics card has been black screened at different times under load, no image is displayed but sound continues to come from the application that remains open in the background. Hi! Just bought a new W11 Asus laptop but out of the box the updates didnt work. So a MS tech helped me online by redoing W11 with a new ISO (24H2) and everything is working great now. I recently replaced the motherboard on a Dell inspiron, after the board was installed, I replaced the SSD. Entered in the bitlocker key and got to the windows login screen where it said for security reasons the PIN was no longer available. Clicking reset PIN did nothing, connected to wifi, still reset PIN did nothing. Tried Safe Mode with networking, same issue. As per other articles, attempted renaming the NGC folder under ServicePrpfiles to NGC.old. now when it boots it shows the MS account and Sign In. So I downloaded the newest Windows 11 version 24H2 and after the update finished and launched my desktop, everything was fine and so I shut down my PC and went to sleep. hi guys, would really appreciate some help. so for the first time after owning this pc i got bsod. this happened exactly half an hour after updating the graphic cards so i went found the dmp files uploaded on reddit and got alot of suggestions and followed them all. Why isn't my external CD/DVD disc drive being acknowledged on my HP Envy? I had this same problem with the HP external drive in the past, however, when I discussed it with one of the techs as he was working on my computer, he advised that it was the actual drive itself and found it to be defective. He was supposed sto send me a return label and a new external CD/DVD drive... which, by the way, I'm still waiting for over a year later! When I came to turn it on again it said it didn't let me sign in. "Something happened and your PIN isn't available.
