I just tried a new post on its own. I used the word "f l o o d" in the
body of the message. Sure enough it didn't get through. Is it any
different for you?

So tell me, which word in this post is causing it to be blocked?

It doesn't take a convention for Brian A., Otis Campbell, & Ernest T. to
get at it!

It still might have gone well had half of them been sober.

|| | What has apparently escaped many is:
|| |
|| | This would be considered as a hack. Be it for advertising,
|| | increasing net presence [and yes spiders search for this type of

|| | was done in the other forums as well. That would potential
|| | increase the NET presence for this service by thousands of users
|| | *supposedly* using the service. Think potential

||

|| | |
|| | | I see 202 that way, but it's also showing replies to posts that

|| | |
|| | | | Gee, seems an un-reputable [and likely illegal] way to make a
|| | | | server *appear* to be the news posting portal of choice by
|| | | | most of the posters here. Of course this will be reflected on

No, it happens with any server. Try it yourself. There is some
censorship happening at Microsoft's end. Microsoft's news server
(which appears to be moderated by a bot) is dropping any post that
contains prohibited words.

See http://www.faqs.org/faqs/usenet/moderated-ng-faq/

===========================================================
Commonly used robo-mod [negative] criteria might include:

message is inappropriately cross-posted

message is from unknown poster

message contains words or phrases
that trigger review by human moderator
("m a k e m o n e y f a s t," "m o d e m t a x," "good t i m e
s v i r u s")

| || | What has apparently escaped many is:

| || | This would be considered as a hack. Be it for advertising,

| || | | || | Why am I seeing over 300 duplicated posts in this NG!? It

I've been following the action on your Live complaint. You tend to get a
bit testy with people on that one. I make no moral judgment & won't take
sides. I will sell bandages & bacitracin ointment to both sides, once my
heels are cured of walking sores. I suppose some bloodletting is
understandable, if you are about to lose a ton of stored data or mail
that you expected would be around forever & someone takes Microsoft's
side.

These have something to do with court documents? Aren't there records of
these things at the court? I hope you don't go from civil to criminal
court over this matter. And stay out of the Bronx-- soon, I must report
for jury duty!

OK. I sent one a few minutes ago right here with the word "f l o o d",

No, they are the documents I served upon the various parties in: The People
and their states of The United States of America verses James Bonini, and
related activities.

So that's: the court materials DOJ, Solicitor General, President,
Vice-President, US Attorneys Offices, Sixth Circuit, State government
offices, and other parties contacts and documentation email confirmations
and responses and other matter that must be held as evidential
materials/records relating to CM/ECF requirements and other records
requirements as required by Law and/or Rule.

I get testy with people who haven't a clue of what they are talking
about... be it Live or others.

| || || | | || | Why am I seeing over 300 duplicated posts in this NG!? It
| || || | | || | seems the first post in many threads are showing the
| || || | | || | initial post TWICE. In some case, entire thread segments
| || || | | || | are duplicated. My inclination is to
| || || | | || reset
| || || | | || | the NG. But I must go now-- no time to even investigate!
| || || | | || |
| || || | | || | The posts are identical, but their Properties are
| || || | | || | different. Here is
| || || | | || an
| || || | | || | example. Can the posts be coming into this NG (I am
| || || | | || | connected directly to the MS Server) from two different
| || || | | || | sources? Why do the dates seem to indicate different time
| || || | | || | zones?

I already tested it yesterday. The server rejects the word. Don't know what
you'd expect an MVP to do about it. Gonna set my poodles on fire, eh? Not
sure I like the sound, er, smell of that.

I would never harm your poodles! It WON'T be my fault, if they try to
grab you by a burning toe to pull you out your next earthquake just
because Swarzennegger took a heavy step! I know sometimes MS-people will
drop in here, &/or P. A. Bear will visit them at Redmond! You & him &
Brian A. must speak to them, if they do-- & teach them "f l o o d" (w/o
the spaces) is no dirty word that I can think of!

|| CM/ECF is a case management system being implemented in the Federal
|| Judiciary for all bankruptcy, district and appellate courts. CM/ECF
|| allows courts to accept filings and provide access to filed documents
|| over the Internet.
|| .....EOQ.............
||
|| I don't know anything about it. However, it says: "Ability to

|| Hurry up & do it, if that's what you are about to lose!

|| || | No, they are the documents I served upon the various parties in:
|| || | The People and their states of The United States of America
|| || | verses James Bonini, and related activities.
|| || |
|| || | So that's: the court materials DOJ, Solicitor General,
|| || | President, Vice-President, US Attorneys Offices, Sixth Circuit,
|| || | State government offices, and other parties contacts and
|| || | documentation email confirmations and responses and other
|| || | matter that must be held as evidential materials/records
|| || | relating to CM/ECF requirements and other records requirements
|| || | as required by Law and/or Rule.
|| ||
|| || Well, anything that might be evidence in court should be in hard
|| || copy form with signatures on it. You should have been making hard
|| || copies all along, I'm sure nine out of ten lawyers would say.
|| || Otherwise, you'll need a subpoena to examine folk's hard drives!
|| ||
|| || | I get testy with people who haven't a clue of what they are
|| || | talking about... be it Live or others.
|| ||
|| || I think I may have seen you argue with folk who were faultless &
|| || only trying to help you with that Live problem, albeit there may
|| || be no solution possible.

|| || | | | Well, taken with the supposed support responses I'm getting
|| || | | | from Live, I'd say its more than drunk, its higher than a

|| || | |
|| || | | I've been following the action on your Live complaint. You
|| || | | tend to get a bit testy with people on that one. I make no
|| || | | moral judgment & won't take sides. I will sell bandages &
|| || | | bacitracin ointment to both sides, once my heels are cured of

|| || | | if you are about to lose a ton of stored data or mail that
|| || | | you expected would be around forever & someone takes
|| || | | Microsoft's side.
|| || | |
|| || | | These have something to do with court documents? Aren't there
|| || | | records of these things at the court? I hope you don't go from
|| || | | civil to criminal court over this matter. And stay out of the
|| || | | Bronx-- soon, I must report for jury duty!
