Do you really care? This has NOTHING to do with Duplicated Posts...
The changes from Hotmail to Passport made changes, Passport to Live changed
various features, the recent change Microsoft/Live proposed, though
supposedly "on hold", has made changes to access and other. The matter is
presently under discussion with Live, has now progressed to/presently being
handled by Live ID support, and will apparently proceed elsewhere.
