can't be sure. Anyway, there are two update choices in the menu, for the
engine and for the defs.
As for using the proxy, seems to me that doing so already caused problems
for Ginny, but I can't recall for sure. Still, IMO, if an app needs a proxy
it should deal with it during Setup. Otherwise, it definitely won't get
UNdealt with during an uninstall, and that eventuality might cause all kinds
of grief. WebShield's a secondary layer of idiot-proofing, er, defense,
anyway. Besides, the lady seems to be a safe surfer.
