When I am on the road, using my surface pro with excel... every once is a while my computer will LOCK UP!This is often after it goes to sleep between entries... the tablet will not wake up. Not even if I hold the power button down for a while.It also happens sometimes when I go back to enter data in my spreadsheet.I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I have searched and search and all I get on the search is wifi not connecting. that is NOT the problem.The problem is I am not using a hot spot, there is NO internet. Why does my computer lock up? I installed a new SSD Hard Drive on my PC, along with reinstalling Windows 11 Home. I can successfully install iCloud for Windows and can interact with it normally until I restart my PC. After restarting, it will no longer open, and I get an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file...." The path it is looking for is "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppleInciCloud_15.3.138....." I think the issue is that I do not have a "WindowsApps" folder there at all. Hello,Im trying to give my surface go 3 to a family member so I decided to change my pin password. Everything went fine but when i decided to restart the pc it says that theres something wrong with the pin and wont give me the option to sign in using it. Because i cant login with the pin and forgot my password I’m trying to reset this computer but each time I press volume up and power it boots me up to UEFI settings. My options are Pc information, securtiy, devices, boot configuration, date and time, management, and exit. I see no option to reset my pc. I usually log onto my laptop using the fingerprint option, however after I accidentally failed that a few times it told me that sign in must be with PIN. So now I could only use PIN to sign in however I forgot my PIN so I couldn’t use that to sign in. I tried pressing the “I forgot my PIN” option many times but it just kept reloading the sign in screen and eventually disappeared. I have no other sign in options, I can’t sign in with my Microsoft account password, I tried it didn’t work and there’s no option for that. My PC has been crashing non stop over the past few days, like 10s of times a day. I've resolved most of the other issues and brought it down to only 2-3 crashes a day and now it's always the driver power state failure blue screen. I've installed the last version of PaintShop Pro that I have a license to which is X2 (had to actually purchase a DVD external unit since my version is on disk and my newest laptop has no CD/DVD)Anyway, the program runs perfectly and the only thing not working is when I double click a image file in file explorer or from my desktop etc., doesn't matter if it's jpg, gif, psp etc. Paintshop pro X2 opens itself up perfectly fine but the image fails to open with it.
