By way of explanation - I work for an entertainment centre, and we regularly produce scrolling slide & video presentations (from the Photos app) that appear and run on a screen behind artists while they play on stage. Producing these, dropping them to a USB then running them from a set top box (which then transmits to the screen) was never a problem UNTIL our computers updated to Windows 11. HII recently bought a Lenovo m720s SFF with Windows 11 pro installed on it from Ebay. I did a factory reset just to make sure no iffy software was on it. After this reset when the computer boots up it asks me for a work or school sign in, which of course I don't have, it also boots with a Company logo coming up. I have been in touch with the seller who assures me this problem is being dealt with. Since then I have done some reading etc and I don't see that they can fix this issue in any way without having the computer sent back to them. Around 2 weeks ago my touchpad started struggling to click and drag words and it takes me multiple attempts to highlight until it works. It seems to only work in 1 specific area and I have to click with 1 finger and then use my other finger to drag instead of being able to do both at the same time. Often times when I try to click and drag it will stop dragging mid-way. Other than that, all other features work normally, except for some issues with clicking but when I tap instead of clicking it works everytime. I really just want to fix the click and drag feature. I have a Dell Precision 5690 Windows 11 Enterprise with Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and Logitech Bluetooth MS Keyboard. Bluetooth connectivity for mouse and keyboard keeps disconnecting after few mins of inactivity. (10-15 mins of inactivity). I am trying to access files in my pc from my laptop, which I had no problem opening before. But after the last update, I was getting error code 0x800f081f and the system is asking for my "network credentials. I have tried changing the credentials to match both computers but that didnt work. Installed a new M2 drive today (just for more space - I already have an M2 that runs Windows and is my MBR). I've already installed games, played those games for an hour or so and had no problems until this evening when closing down another game that is running on the older M2 drive with my OS on it when suddenly my system ground to a halt and then bluescreened.
