I am writing to report an issue with the File Manager on my ASUS Laptop . I have encountered two persistent problems that are affecting my user experience: 1) Quick Access Auto-Selection Whenever I open the File Manager, it automatically selects the "Quick Access" menu. So, I like switching my devices for my bluetooth earbuds. Half hour, I like chilling on the bed with my laptop with my earpods on, then, I might go somewhere outside, which needs my phone connected to my earbuds. In my previous Windows 10 laptop, it was as simple as just shutting the lid of the laptop, letting it disconnect instantly, then having my phone connect to the earbuds. I was shutting down computer, brand new HP Victus w/ Win 11, when it wanted to update,so I let it. Turned out it included a bios and firmware update (didn't know Windows could do that). When it restarted I got this message “Something happened and your PIN isn't available. I use mainly steam, and epic games for downloading my games. This all started pretty soon after having downloaded the windows 11 update (one of the additional patches or other things might have also been downloaded, Idk). I recently got a new computer and i have the current up to date Window 11 but whenever i try to sign into a Microsoft account or my Xbox account it refuses to let me log in with no error sign but tells me i signed out. If i attempt to add another account or try to log in through the settings the pop up "Microsoft account" grey box shows up and then immediately disappears without me being able to do anything. By way of explanation - I work for an entertainment centre, and we regularly produce scrolling slide & video presentations (from the Photos app) that appear and run on a screen behind artists while they play on stage. Producing these, dropping them to a USB then running them from a set top box (which then transmits to the screen) was never a problem UNTIL our computers updated to Windows 11.
