Hi, I have forgotten my pin and I am trying to reset it. But the code that is supposed to be sent to my email for this is not being sent. Basically, I wanted to move my files from D drive to C (forgot to do a back up) and from selecting the files to do that now my apps are gone and the only way i can see the drives is in recycle. for a couple of weeks i encountered this problem. i barely managed to see the error when the blue screen appears. it says video dxgkrnl fatal_error. i tried a lot of things but nothing worked. looks like it is not related to nvidia or anything that a scan can find. please let me know if there is a posibility to erase this error cause it is so problematic during games. i mean the game works properly but from time to time ( like 2 times a day) the game freeze, i can surf online or on other apps for a while until sudden blue screen appears and it will restart. thank you for your time and i look fView the full article

I can't log in to my computer. When I put in my Pin it says I have to wait two hours to log in due to failed sign-in attempts. However I have only tried to log in once. I'm using the gigabyte g6x and two thinkvision monitors connected in a daisy chain with dp and a usb-c connected to the back of the laptop.At first when I connected the monitors both worked when the settings were for one 2k at 60hz and the second at 720p at 60hz and the screen of the laptop at native.Later I set the second screen to 2k also and all of the screens froze.Now I am unable to set the second screen to a lower resolution as connecting it either directly or through a daisy chain sets both of the screens to 2k and freezes the pc altogether.Is there a way to force the pc to set the loweView the full article

Before connecting the second monitor all icons stayed where they were relative to each other when scaling them (with Ctrl + mouse wheel).However, after connecting the second monitor and trying to scale desktop icons (they are all placed on the 1st monitor) they all move weirdly. They would never stay in the bottom of the screen or on the right part of screen. I suspect it could be because the monitors have different resolutions: the 1st one - 2560x1440 and the 2nd one - 1920x1080. I observed this black screen issue after recent update (not sure exactly). It is not responding or just showing black screen window.
